Hi, I'm Malcolm Gibb.With over a decade of experience as a Paid Media performance marketer, I have a proven track record of scaling PPC and Paid Social campaigns for both UK and international brands. Throughout my career, I've built and led high-performing teams at leading digital agencies, managing complex strategies across PPC, Analytics, and developing technical solutions to drive measurable ROI.

A web developer by trade (building websites since 1998!) I've always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and business growth. Recognising that the future of marketing relies on efficiency, I evolved my technical skill set to found flowio - an AI automation agency based in Glasgow. Today, I channel my technical and commercial experience into building intelligent workflows that eliminate operational bottlenecks and unlock GTM growth and profitable return for modern businesses.

flowio builds custom n8n workflow automation, Python, AI and code based solutions for UK based SMBs that solve operational, admin, sales and marketing challenges. To date, we've saved 2,500 hours for our clients with custom workflow automations and bespoke internal apps. As a scaling start-up based in Glasgow and Edinburgh - we are agile in delivery, and focus on secure, ethical and scalable solutions backed in expertise and ROI measurement.
